The 1st time I utilized Stay Chat, I had been at position #2 from the queue and it took eighteen minutes until finally a Stay agent responded. The 2nd time, I was at placement #two all over again, but this time it only took 8 minutes wait time. This is fairly superior compared to other exchanges tha
